PROMPT: Design and fabricate a pendant luminaire (no freestanding/task fixtures) that will ship flat with minimal secondary processing (machining, painting, etc.) The design of the luminaire should allow it to be easily assembled either in production or as a RTA (ready-to-assemble) kit. The general qualities of light and illumination should be considered throughout the development of this project. Thoughtful form explorations should focus on the extended dimensionalities of two-dimensional materials.
